How to Order Imprinted Items

MOST IMPORTANT
Please complete all information required as you place your order. All imprints (ad copies) are arranged according to your notes, or for best appearance and space requirements. Once a complete order is placed through our website, you should receive an order confirmation to your account’s registered email address. If you believe you’ve placed an order and have not received confirmation, please contact us. Unless your order is a repeat of the previous year’s, you will be emailed (or faxed upon request) a copy of your order information & imprint proof for approval.

ORDERS WITH PERSONAL/COMPANY LOGO
Professional electronic art is required. Art should be as large, or larger, than final imprinted size. Photocopies, ink jet prints, web graphics or faxed copies are not suitable for art and can be used for reference only. MS Word Documents are not considered art and will be used for reference only. Any files received incomplete may delay your order.

Our current software includes: Adobe Photoshop CS6/Creative Cloud and Adobe Illustrator CS6/Creative Cloud. Illustrator (vector) EPS or AI files are preferred, with all type converted to outlines. Vector PDFs are also acceptable.

If you do not have an Illustrator EPS or AI file please send a high resolution TIF, Photoshop EPS or JPG file. Minimum resolution is 300 ppi. Art for stamped items must be in solid black and white only – no color, halftones or gradients.

Files should be emailed to art@necanco.com . In the subject line please note your company name (it will be easier to match with your order in progress). In the message area be sure to include contact name, phone number and New England Calendar Customer # (if known).

A special die (or plate) is required for any special design imprint or personal logo. Please add a one-time new cut charge of $30.00 for Desk Calendars or Calendar Cards; $55.00 for series 23 items; $40.00 for all other items. If you are not sure we will bill accordingly.

Allow extra time (at least 2 weeks) for order processing and production time.

NATIONAL LOGOS
National logos are included FREE. Companies which you represent, and are authorized to use the logo, will be reproduced when space allows. We have a large selection of national logos on file; however, there are times when electronic art must be supplied.

PROOFING
For all new imprints, or imprints with changes from the previous year, an electronic proof will be emailed or faxed for your approval to proceed.

SET-UP AND HANDLING
Each different imprint and each different style require a separate set-up and handling charge where applicable.

COLOR/THEME SELECTIONS
All colors/themes offered on our website or in our catalog should be available to fill early orders. After October 1st please indicate 2nd and 3rd color choices.

TERMS
All orders require payment with the order unless open account terms have been established in advance. New England Calendar will accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. For orders delivered in New York, 8.5% sales tax. will be added. Tax will be manually revised according to county once credit card transaction is processed.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & PRODUCTION
Once your orders have been entered into production an acknowledgement will be mailed to your billing address. Upon order approval, production time for most items is 4-6 weeks.

MULTIPLE ORDER SHIPPING
Each item has its own production schedule. Items ordered at the same time may be shipped at different times. Please feel free to contact us with any questions on ship dates.
